A room has opened up in our gorgeous La Jolla home. I will be moving out to LA so this is an incredible opportunity for an amazing human with a growth mindset and a successful career to enjoy paradise living.
Let’s start with the details of the house…
The house is a 3 bedroom house with an office space in La Jolla in a private oceanside community.
Outside, we have a 200 degree breathtaking panoramic view. Perfect to host, watch the sunset daily and unwind.
The room you will be taking is on the third floor and it’s large enough to fit a king size bed (you can keep the bed frame that’s pictured), a large closet and storage space and plenty of bright light coming through the window even on gloomy days. It’s large enough to fit a desk also (I used to have one)
The bathroom is large, has plenty of storage, two sinks (one you will share with my lovely roommate Lina who is super kind and accommodating) and has a soaking tub where you can have plenty of salt baths to unwind after a long day.
You will share the home with Lina and Kevin. Both are amazing, quiet super sweet roomates that keep to themselves and make the house feel like a peaceful oasis. It almost feels like you live alone.
Kevin is a high ticket relationship coach, copywriter and business mentor. Very spiritual, deep and obsessed with reading. He’s a night owl and spends most of the time in his room. You’ll be inspired and expanded by his calming presence
Lina has a full time job and spends most of the time out of the house, and works from home occasionally. She’s very compassionate and becomes everyone’s rock and best friend.

Lina and Kevin are looking for someone extraordinary that will truly appreciate the opportunity to live here – someone that is kind, respectful and considerate and also successful professionally – who would be both fun and amazing to live with.
Rent, costs and terms…
Rent is $2500/mo
Plus utilities ~$150-$200 p\m
You must be willing to sign a lease agreement and pay first month’s rent, last month’s rent & security deposit.
This is a standard 12 month lease agreement starting Feb 1 or Feb 15 (with the option to renew in Feb of 2024).

Deposits equal one month’s rent with utilities. Rent + all utilities is just $700 per month and $700 deposit. To hold a bed will require half of that deposit upfront. This will insure you have the bed for your arrival. The sooner the better as we are usually pretty full. The holding deposit is not refundable if you choose not to move in for whatever emergency or misunderstanding, so make sure you are certain when you book. Also the date you reserve cant be adjusted. You can come later but would have to pay rent as of the day the bed is made available. Upon moving in you pay the remaining half of the deposit and first months rent. If you are paying with an international card please be advised that an additional 1% fee may be applied to it and it will automatically be added to the initial payment amount.
