It will take you 20min to get to Silverlake on one side and 20min to get to the beach on the other! 10 min to Hollywood, 25min downtown. Close to Buses and The Metro!
I am seeking someone to take the guest or master bedroom. There are two bedrooms that are photographed (guest and master), please specify which one you’d like if you have a preference! Both have their own bathroom. The guest bedroom has dark blue paint & a chalk wall. The master bedroom is now painted white but shown with light & metallic blue paint here The dining room is no longer red, it has also been painted white.
What won me over about this space is… the space! The floorpan is so open and filled with daylight. I will be keeping a few furniture pieces and kitchen items in, but mostly it will be open for you to nest! It’s a cool place with a lot of character. The balcony gets beautiful sun and looks out over the pool. The breakfast nook looks on over the balcony, I’ve cleared the space and do yoga there! You have your own private bathroom with a shower or bath & shower, and the bedrooms have a ton of closet space! The apartment itself has a ridiculous amount amount of storage. Not pictured is the master bathroom. The master also has two closets, one walk in closet.

I will be traveling this year during May and June. I am looking to sublet my studio apartment in Long Beach. Super spacious and cozy place. Kitchen is separate from main area so feels like a one bedroom. I feel very safe in my complex! It is gated by the way. I am flexible to accommodate to your sublet needs. Willing to extend a month and flexible with start and end dates. As well, I would love to keep my car in Long Beach, so if you’re in need of a car you may use her free of charge. She just needs to be moved on street sweeping days. Obviously looking to find someone very trustworthy who will respect my sacred space. Hoping this offer aligns with someone 🙂 ! I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on 1/2 acre. It’s a quiet neighborhood near Lake Travis. There is lake access 5 minutes drive or a nice nature walk. There are three peers and a rope swing into the lake along with BBQs and picnic tables. I often take my paddle board out on the lake on the weekends. There are foxes, deer and various species of birds that frequent my front and back yard. I am working on a garden and have space if you are into gardening. I have a large back patio if you I like to sit on and enjoy the sounds of nature or the stars at night. I am earth friendly, compost and don’t use pesticides. I am looking for someone to share my space who is into conscious living. I’m mostly plant based, I don’t drink. I have a bedroom for rent with a closet and a full detached bathroom.
