Thought we had this wrapped up, but it appears we will have one furnished (or unfurnished) room available at our spot come June 17th!
It really is a GREAT place- which is probably why I have lived here for almost 20 years now!!
Right on Pacific, less than a half block from Venice blvd with the corner store, Bellisimo, Ospi, and the new Sí Mon. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.
The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course…amazing roomies!! 🙂
We are low maintenance, high respect people- and are looking for someone (all genders welcome) who can be fun and social, but most importantly handle their biz and be respectful of the space, neighbors, etc.

Anywho, it’s been a while since I have posted one of these things so not sure what else to mention… The room isn’t Huge, but has more than ample space- and has been very well kept up. The pictures I just uploaded aren’t the Best, but all I had with me here as I sit in film scoring class! Will see if I can snap a few more in the coming days. It has great light, and you can essentially decorate it as you wish. The rent ($1800) is ALL inclusive- for room, utilities(power+wifi), use of furniture/tv etc already in the room, and parking.

You will have primary access to the entire 2nd floor suite which include a bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a large double closet. A private bathroom with shower/tub. A furnished living room with fireplace and large walkout patio. A fully furnished kitchen with brand new refrigerator and microwave and a gently used oven and dishwasher. Laundry is free and on site.
The unit is part of a very quiet fourplex. Tenants must be conscientious and respectful of each other. No Smoking. Prefer tenants who live a sober lifestyle.

I am in need of assistance with dog walking, errands and business and personal admin. Looking for someone highly organized, extremely detail oriented, fast-paced, productive, attentive and EXTREMELY reliable. Schedule will include a few nights a week. Role also includes some business oriented tasks if qualified as well as possible travel.
Ideal candidate can work well under pressure (not often…don’t worry!) and is service oriented, open minded and flexible. It would be amazing to find someone who can advocate on my behalf at times and has strong writing skills. I am seeking someone to take the guest or master bedroom. There are two bedrooms that are photographed (guest and master), please specify which one you’d like if you have a preference! Both have their own bathroom. The guest bedroom has dark blue paint & a chalk wall. The master bedroom is now painted white but shown with light & metallic blue paint here The dining room is no longer red, it has also been painted white.
What won me over about this space is… the space! The floorpan is so open and filled with daylight. I will be keeping a few furniture pieces and kitchen items in, but mostly it will be open for you to nest! It’s a cool place with a lot of character. The balcony gets beautiful sun and looks out over the pool. The breakfast nook looks on over the balcony, I’ve cleared the space and do yoga there! You have your own private bathroom with a shower or bath & shower, and the bedrooms have a ton of closet space! The apartment itself has a ridiculous amount amount of storage. Not pictured is the master bathroom. The master also has two closets, one walk in closet.

I will be traveling this year during May and June. I am looking to sublet my studio apartment in Long Beach. Super spacious and cozy place. Kitchen is separate from main area so feels like a one bedroom. I feel very safe in my complex! It is gated by the way. I am flexible to accommodate to your sublet needs. Willing to extend a month and flexible with start and end dates. As well, I would love to keep my car in Long Beach, so if you’re in need of a car you may use her free of charge. She just needs to be moved on street sweeping days. Obviously looking to find someone very trustworthy who will respect my sacred space. Hoping this offer aligns with someone 🙂 !
