You have a private bedroom in the house, bathroom, and access to kitchen, dining area, living room, decks, jacuzzi, Washer & Dryer and yard.
There is a large shared private back yard surrounded by large trees, an outdoor living room, multiple private relaxing areas, outdoor dining area, outdoor princess bed, a fireplace inside, 2 fireplaces outside and a jacuzzi. This is not a party house however we host friends and small gatherings. Alcohol and marijuana are consumed on a limited and mindful basis and we do not want heavy users. No tobacco smokers. We are looking for someone who is clean, pleasant and easy going, likes a peaceful atmosphere (drama free) and who would like to be surrounded by nature, with easy access to the cultural and ethnic diversity of the city.
I would prefer a long term renter. Most people stay 1-3 years. Single person only.

the house is situated atop a small mountain and has private parking and views for days. can not count how many sunsets i’ve watched here. in this downstairs unit there is tile throughout and so so much natural light. also a private balcony right off your living room and bedroom and tons of outdoors space to start that garden you’ve been wanting. unit also has a non pictured walk in closet. all outdoor spaces are communal minus your private balcony, no one will use that. be warned, you will wake up to birdsong!

the other house mates (in their own units) are who you will be subleasing from and they are two single, 50+ women who are very quiet! they also enjoy the peacefulness.

the place is $1850 and all utilities are split evenly between the three units.

I’m currently in Silver lake and I am seeking a private room for a April or Mid April start! I am also offering my services for house/petsitting for anyone who may be in need (this could be in exchange for accommodations.) The house/petsitting can start from March 27th and on- though the timing can be flexible if you need from a bit earlier) I am open to longterm sits. Can also exchange baby sitting services for anyone offering a room!

For the room: My *ideal* budget is 900/month~ flexible. I am open to location. Im currently in Silver lake and love it (the East Side in general) but I also enjoy West Hollywood, Culver City, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, etc. Anywhere with nature around. I’m open. It’s just important that where I’m at has a grocery walking distance! (For the housesitting this doesn’t matter as much!) Looking for something with at least 1 month minimum!

The ideal situation would be somewhere that can be quiet as I do get self tapes and wouldn’t want to come off annoying asking people to keep it down lol. But in general I’m fine if you play music, have friends over etc. Just the times i need to tape I hope we can communicate 🙂
