The apartment is in a great area of Toluca Lake, very walk-able to all restaurants and shops! $1,500 a month including utilities. Asking for refundable deposit of $1,500(negotiable). It is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with 3 current total roommates. It’s a 2700 Sq. Ft house on a 18,000 sq ft nature lot which borders a serene nature preserve and hiking trail. You can even hike to the beach from the house using the hiking trail.

The house is spacious and has multiple rooms for you to enjoy leisure time at home including a large comfortable living room and a dining room/office space.

The backyard feels like you are above the clouds. It has an amazing ocean view, with beautiful nature, magical sunsets and a dinning table for day time meals.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with Espresso Machine, Stainless Steel Pots/Pans, Stainless Steel/Bamboo Utensils, Bamboo/Glass Cups, Vitamix Blender and Dehydrator.

We have two exotic indoor Samali cats which are adorable and loving (if you have extreme cat allergies this may not be the perfect place for you).

Lua is a 33 year Brazilian woman that works as an online life coach, mentor, professional dancer and singer.

Taj is 34 year old man from Arizona that works as an audio engineer, music producer and plant-based chef.

We are humble and spiritual plant medicine people that work at the Psychedelic Peer Support at Burning Man and other Festivals.

It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and a 6 min drive to the beach (or 15 min on bike)! Not to mention the close proximity to LAX without the airplane noise. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, dining table, and a flat-screen TV, play station, and a Firestick. The home comes with fully upgraded stainless steel appliances and luxury furnishings such as a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. For security, the front door is equipped with a Schlage lock in addition to multiple external Ring Cameras and floodlights (there are no cameras inside the unit). There is a shared yard with a basketball hoop and two patio lounge areas. One that is private to you and the other that is shared with my partner, myself, and our mini poodle. The space is ideal for outdoor bbq hangs since the weather is always perfect by the beach. You will also have access to the main house which includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace, guest room/office/music studio, and washer/dryer.
