Our 4 bedroom sanctuary sits on a dead end street, and is a 2 minute walk onto a trailhead which meanders through the mountains for miles. The house has a fireplace, a garden overlooking the mountains, raised bed gardens for veggie planting, washer/dryer, and a communal kitchen. This is heaven on earth for the right person.

The room available has high ceilings with a fan, and a big window facing our private backyard. The bathroom is shared with one other clean and conscientious female and has jack & jill separate sinks, and a deep bathtub.

We are three females-
One is a transformational coach, one a yoga teacher, and the other is a stylist assistant.

We are looking for someone who is CLEAN, LIVES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, and whom is CONSCIENTIOUS to retreat into a nourishing space surrounded by nature. This home is a SANCTUARY to us, and we treat it that way.

Our place is small but nice, clean, cozy with good lighting. The place is available to move in. Our spot includes washer/dryer in unit, air-conditioner in your room, and dish washer machine. There is a driveway with tandem parking (space for two cars, one ours, one yours, we will coordinate as needed, also free parking with permit on the street). We have two dogs (big and small) and a cat.

Hello Community! I’m going out of town for a month starting February 22-March23rd. I have totally private one bedroom bungalow in venice with private outdoor space to enjoy! There is a small garden in the front of the house that has fresh herbs and lemons at the moment. You also have your own private laundry room. I have a cat named Princess Gracie Jones that would need to be fed once a day while I’m away. She’s free range indoor/outdoor so there is no kitty litter to deal with. This place is a little oasis!
