Private room available in adorable Santa Monica house! One of the windows in this room has a banana plant growing right outside the window, and looks out into the garden ~ super beautiful. Lots of wonderful natural light.

There is a queen size bed in there at the moment, which you can use, or I can remove it.

I am looking for a 3-6 month commitment, and then month-to-month after that.

It’s a free standing unit, so there are no neighbors directly above, below, or beside us.

And it’s tucked away behind the front house, so it’s nice and quiet back here! 🙂

Room will be unfurnished. 15’ x 7’( plus the closet space).

(It’s actually larger than it looks in the photo… it comfortably fits a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and desk.)

There’s a comfortable queen bed in the room right now, but I can remove it if you want to bring your own bed. There is also a nightstand table and lamp you can have if you want them.

The rest of the house is fully furnished.

This is a pretty intimate space, so it’s very important that we can be super considerate of each other.

And it’s fine to have a friend over from time to time to chill in the garden or the house, but it’s not a space for gatherings or overnight guests (except maybe on a rare occasion, like if you have a visitor from out of town).

Deposit required (same amount as first month’s rent), as well as last month’s rent.

About Me:

I am a kind, respectful, considerate person who loves to keep the space extremely/impeccably clean & tidy. And I work as a professional organizer, and keeping the home clean & uncluttered is very important to me.

I am very health conscious and physically active, and do not drink or smoke.

I eat mostly plant based, but do occasionally cook meat in the house.

Looking to share the home with someone who:

– also loves to keep their living space extremely clean & tidy
