When she’s not handling the Human Resources duties of her corporate life (while working from home) or crunching numbers on the side, she is eager to learn new things, explore unknown places, or try her hand at a crafty endeavor. Some of her favorite pastimes include prancing aka dancing, enjoying & playing music, hiking and gardening. Carrie is happiest when found in nature where she is surrounded by water and trees… and breathing.
Billy (50), is a yoga practitioner & musician (guitar, DJ, music production), active with multiple non-profit organizations serving people impacted by the justice system. Laid back with a zest for life, he is equally at home at home, in the kitchen, at the beach, at a yoga studio, on a trail, at a festival, or wherever good times, good vibes and adventure are to be discovered…

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for 1 roommate in our very spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home. 1 YEAR LEASE. Located in Northridge in a quiet neighborhood, this home boasts lots of space, new appliances, wood floors, central A/C and central heating, in house washer/dryer, a 2 car garage/ a large private backyard and 2 creative roommates. A little about us we both work in music/ art production, are creative and conscious communicative beings and we are looking for a third to enter our friendly community!
We welcome you to stay in this peaceful and centrally-located private studio and shared smart house! This is a safe residential neighborhood with the perks of having an 85 walk score. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and a 6 min drive to the beach (or 15 min on bike)! Not to mention the close proximity to LAX without the airplane noise. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, dining table, and a flat-screen TV, play station, and a Firestick. The home comes with fully upgraded stainless steel appliances and luxury furnishings such as a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. For security, the front door is equipped with a Schlage lock in addition to multiple external Ring Cameras and floodlights (there are no cameras inside the unit). There is a shared yard with a basketball hoop and two patio lounge areas. One that is private to you and the other that is shared with my partner, myself, and our mini poodle. The space is ideal for outdoor bbq hangs since the weather is always perfect by the beach. You will also have access to the main house which includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace, guest room/office/music studio, and washer/dryer. We hope to create a comfortable community where we can possibly jointly host gatherings, enjoy dinner together, co-work etc. It is important to us to be compatible with our new housemates.

We are two friendly people living in an elegant rustic 3 bedroom house. The home has multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors, high ceilings, plenty of room to feel spacious and alone even when people are home.

We are on Old Topanga Canyon Road. 15 Minutes to Woodland Hills and Malibu, 35 minutes to Santa Monica. Excellent trails you can walk to as well as dozens a short drive nearby.
You have a private bedroom in the house, bathroom, and access to kitchen, dining area, living room, decks, jacuzzi, Washer & Dryer and yard.
There is a large shared private back yard surrounded by large trees, an outdoor living room, multiple private relaxing areas, outdoor dining area, outdoor princess bed, a fireplace inside, 2 fireplaces outside and a jacuzzi. This is not a party house however we host friends and small gatherings. Alcohol and marijuana are consumed on a limited and mindful basis and we do not want heavy users. No tobacco smokers. Let’s start with the details of the house…
The house is a 3 bedroom house with an office space in La Jolla in a private oceanside community.
Outside, we have a 200 degree breathtaking panoramic view. Perfect to host, watch the sunset daily and unwind.
The room you will be taking is on the third floor and it’s large enough to fit a king size bed (you can keep the bed frame that’s pictured), a large closet and storage space and plenty of bright light coming through the window even on gloomy days. It’s large enough to fit a desk also (I used to have one)
The bathroom is large, has plenty of storage, two sinks (one you will share with my lovely roommate Lina who is super kind and accommodating) and has a soaking tub where you can have plenty of salt baths to unwind after a long day.
You will share the home with Lina and Kevin. Both are amazing, quiet super sweet roomates that keep to themselves and make the house feel like a peaceful oasis. It almost feels like you live alone.
Kevin is a high ticket relationship coach, copywriter and business mentor. Very spiritual, deep and obsessed with reading. He’s a night owl and spends most of the time in his room. You’ll be inspired and expanded by his calming presence
Lina has a full time job and spends most of the time out of the house, and works from home occasionally. She’s very compassionate and becomes everyone’s rock and best friend.
