There is 1 BEDROOM available
October 15th in our 3br, 1ba house in Culver City. Some important info:
– The room comes with a closet that is 5′ wide.
– There is a door that leads you directly to the back yard (W), as well as a window that looks over the driveway (N)
– The yard is really spacious and has a firepit. Lots of hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees that dig the flowers, not the humans.
– There is a garage that is for storage (boxes, bikes, etc.) only.
– We park in the driveway and move cars as needed. Permit parking is necessary if you want to leave your car on the street.
– There is a washer/drier in-unit.
– Your deposit will be $750, and when you choose to leave, you’ll receive that back from the roommate who took your spot OR if the lease is ended by the current holder , you’ll receive it back from the landlords.
– Utilities are split equally between the 3 rooms, which average about $130/mo.
Looking for a chill, responsible, respectful roommate who likes to keep the home clean and clutter free. It’s a 2/2 apt. You will have your own room and bathroom inside your room. 2 closets. The living room and dining room are large spaces and there is a balcony. The community has a pool, hot tub and gym. You will have your own parking spot which is gated. I am a musician and actress with 3 stable jobs. I work from home and outside of the home. I enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, traveling and playing with my cats. I like to stay busy and have some balanced down time. Bills included.
