We’re also into cooking together for dinner parties too so all types of foodies welcome, healthy eaters get extra style points from the house nutritionist 🙂
We used to host lots of gatherings, bbq’s and dinners, and play board games and now is the perfect time to move in because we’re bringing them back. It might appear that the house is busy with a few people, however the house is ginormous (over 5500 sq ft).
Send us a little about yourself and consider coming by and meeting us to see how fun just always seems finds us! We are drama-free and very peaceful. Our household is super low stress and we appreciate living with super considerate peeps!

The 5000 sq feet home is located inland from Del Mar, just before Fairbanks Ranch. It’s a 5 minute drive to the 5 freeway off Via de la Valle and 10 minutes to the beach. The home comes furnished with a pool table, huge dining room table for dinners with friends, huge kitchen (3 fridges), deck perfect for BBQ’s, and plenty of other furniture. There’s also additional furniture and some storage space in the garage too. We also have a lovely housekeeper who comes three times a month. The room is two in one! It has two rooms connected which are both spacious ~12 x ~15 and it’s perfect for an office! It also has a balcony too. I can also furnish it for a little extra if you’re interested.
About us…
One of the guys is huge into cryptocurrency, one of the women is an amazing hairstylist from Asheville, North Carolina, one of the women is from florida and loves music and to travel, another woman just left her engineering job to start up yoga teacher training, one of the women is an acupuncturist and plays the harp and sound healing bowls, one gentleman teaches swimming lessons and is a lifeguard plus part-time DJ, one of the men is a professional entrepreneur and avid runner, and another gentleman is an entrepreneur and loves the piano!
It’s an eclectic group that gets along super. We are a laid-back group who really enjoys working hard and each other’s company, as well as the company of other respectful, creative people. Awesome compassionate people, please apply to join our fam! If you are a big drinker or rager, this isn’t the ideal situation for you as we are more conscious and peaceful. The more mature socially, the better the fit, especially right now during the social distancing.

I’m 26, am a singer-songwriter-writer of other sorts (will be working from home often) and have a small hypo-allergenic dog. The rent for the master bedroom is $1750. There is central AC/heat, a washer-dryer, lovely kitchen, hardwood floors, a sweet backyard and your bedroom has a stained glass door. I have references about my roommateship from both males and females. This is a clean, peaceful garden oasis on a beautiful, lush walk street with a backyard, balconies off the bedrooms, and a newly remodeled downstairs including a brand new kitchen and full bathroom. Your room has a new paint job, new carpet, a large closet, can be furnished or not, it’s up to you, and has a large window and sliding glass door to the balcony, which brings plenty of light and fresh air. The blinds and curtains keep it dark when you need it that way. It’s a super quiet area, and I’ve been getting good sleep and eating healthily here for a long time. Most of my other activities take place away from home, although when I teach surf lessons, I walk with my students from home to the beach with our boards and wetsuits, of which I have plenty, and I’m willing to share.

We are located in a private gated neighborhood at the top of the hill in Studio City with amazing 180º views at the top of a mountain. We value collaboration, creation, and moving ahead on our goals.

About the House:
The house is very large 3-story house so we have plenty of space for privacy but also the ability to gather and be social. We have almost 180 degree views outside of the living room and dinning areas and balconies with views. We have multiple balconies and a large deck made for entertaining with outdoor speakers, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and more. Lots of nature and trees, amazing views all around the house, with all the kitchen tools a home could need. Cleaning every 3 weeks. This community home is going on its 6th year!
