Your personal oasis includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and access to a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, living room, decks, washer & dryer, and large common yard. Our secluded backyard, nestled among towering trees, boasts an outdoor living room, private nooks, a second outdoor dining area, an outdoor princess bed, jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor fireplaces.
While we relish occasional social gatherings, we uphold a tranquil, drama-free atmosphere, welcoming mindful consumption of alcohol and marijuana. So this is not a party house. No tobacco smokers, please. We’re seeking a clean, easygoing individual who appreciates nature and easy access to city life’s cultural richness and is financially stable.

ABOUT US:
We are both originally from New England, we met in Barcelona this past year on a trip for digital nomads. Greg (31, M) has lived in LA for a few years, and Elisabeth (30, F) has been traveling after leaving NYC. We both work mostly from home in creative fields.
We’re hoping to find someone who is clean and respectful, as we both are. We’re open to dinner parties and chill gatherings but love our quiet time too. Communication is important to us!
The open room is the middle sized room, and shares a bathroom with one of us. No pets please.

Bright beautiful studio fully furnished with queen sized bed, futon couch, desk, huge closet, dressers bed side console, lamps that have plug and usb outlet, two large windows providing all day light. Futon couch folds out into extra long twin bed. The bathroom has a nice bathtub and plenty of storage in vanity and shelf. The space is ready for you to drop your suit case and enjoy the beach lifestyle.
Fully stocked Kitchenet has sink, hot plate cook top and nice apartment sized refrigerated. The property has a whole house water filtration system, bidets on all toilets, beautiful garden.
The property is a triplex, other units on property with, quiet considerate neighbors. One is a chef and the other is the property manager and massage therapist.
This is a synthetic fragrance free property. No cologne, perfume, candles, incense, body spray, air fresheners, or scented laundry products. Essential oils or sage are fine.

It really is a GREAT place- which is probably why I have lived here for almost 20 years now!!
Right on Pacific, less than a half block from Venice blvd with the corner store, Bellisimo, Ospi, and the new Sí Mon. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.
The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course…amazing roomies!! 🙂
We are low maintenance, high respect people- and are looking for someone (all genders welcome) who can be fun and social, but most importantly handle their biz and be respectful of the space, neighbors, etc.

Anywho, it’s been a while since I have posted one of these things so not sure what else to mention… The room isn’t Huge, but has more than ample space- and has been very well kept up. The pictures I just uploaded aren’t the Best, but all I had with me here as I sit in film scoring class! Will see if I can snap a few more in the coming days. It has great light, and you can essentially decorate it as you wish. The rent ($1800) is ALL inclusive- for room, utilities(power+wifi), use of furniture/tv etc already in the room, and parking.
