About us:
I (Blank B) am a musician, dancer, and master creator of all things heart-centric. I am on a mission to captivate the world and inspire joy, freedom, love and authentic living in every human being alive (through my music, dance, spoken word and wide open heart). I love love. I love freedom. I love empowerment. I love passionate, enthusiastic self expression and laughing nonstop!! I currently don’t have a “job” job, and spend most of my time pursuing my creative endeavors (at home and otherwise).
Although I do not own this home, I have lived here as the primary resident for 14 years with various roommates shifting in and out and I intend to sustain my role as the house steward (finding roommates when necessary, gardening, and being an overseer of shared space decor & furnishings).
As the primary tenant and steward of the house, it is my intent to consciously create and sustain a living space for all of us that is loving, communicative, light hearted, mutually supportive and of course, enjoyable!!

Lex & Jo (both female) are two musical sweethearts who share a room together. Jo works from home part time as an in-flight entertainment facilitator for a major airline and part time as a heartfelt singer-songwriting guitarist and lead singer of her band back in Australia. Lex has had jobs on and off but is currently focusing primarily on her musical-theater pursuits. All in all, these Aussie angels are sweet, selfless beings who have been routinely easy to navigate the day-to-day wonders of co-living with.

Futon couch folds out into extra long twin bed. The bathroom has a nice bathtub and plenty of storage in vanity and shelf. The space is ready for you to drop your suit case and enjoy the beach lifestyle.
Fully stocked Kitchenet has sink, hot plate cook top and nice apartment sized refrigerated. The property has a whole house water filtration system, bidets on all toilets, beautiful garden.
The property is a triplex, other units on property with, quiet considerate neighbors. One is a chef and the other is the property manager and massage therapist.
This is a synthetic fragrance free property. No cologne, perfume, candles, incense, body spray, air fresheners, or scented laundry products. Essential oils or sage are fine.
