It’s a 1927 building with hardwood floors and a small back patio. I’m a creative professional over 40, daily meditator, non-vegan, non-smoker, music and dance lover. I’m looking for a considerate non-smoker, who isn’t a big drinker. This is a place for one person, no pets (sorry)

The first floor has a full bath, along with two bedrooms with king beds & big screen tvs. The living / dining room is on the second floor, with another full bath and a kitchenette containing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster provided.
Both floors offer beautiful natural light and relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces.
Garage is available for parking.Guests have access to the bottom two levels of the home with their own keyed access
*Owner lives on third level. You will have use of two separate entrances which are closed off from the third level.
Private room available, June 1st in our 3bd/2ba apt. We are looking for someone who is positive, mindful, kind and responsible. A clean person that doesn’t mind helping with the cleaning of the common spaces. The apartment is in a great area of Toluca Lake, very walk-able to all restaurants and shops! $1,500 a month including utilities. Asking for refundable deposit of $1,500(negotiable). Ideally we’d love someone who will stay for at least 6 months, but we are open to a shorter stay too.
Your room is across the apt a a distance from the other 2 rooms, so you have some privacy. You would share bathroom with me but I am only there when I work in LA.
We have 2 very sweet pups ? They are very well behaved and would not be going into your room. We have a balcony, new appliances, hardwood floors and AC.

We all enjoy hiking, the ocean, camping, we love music, chill environment, not a party house, good vibes only! Great sunset view from the balcony. Tons of street parking out front. The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.

* there is a basement, but I would prefer it to be un-used. If you are a musician, please inquire, I would be willing to let musicians record in it as it was once proofed for recording.
