You will have access to the first and the second floors.
Each floor has its own spacious balcony with glass doors opening to the outside. The first floor has a full bath, along with two bedrooms with king beds & big screen tvs. The living / dining room is on the second floor, with another full bath and a kitchenette containing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster provided.
Both floors offer beautiful natural light and relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces.
Garage is available for parking.Guests have access to the bottom two levels of the home with their own keyed access
*Owner lives on third level. You will have use of two separate entrances which are closed off from the third level.
Private room available, June 1st in our 3bd/2ba apt. We are looking for someone who is positive, mindful, kind and responsible. A clean person that doesn’t mind helping with the cleaning of the common spaces. The apartment is in a great area of Toluca Lake, very walk-able to all restaurants and shops! $1,500 a month including utilities. Asking for refundable deposit of $1,500(negotiable). Ideally we’d love someone who will stay for at least 6 months, but we are open to a shorter stay too.
Your room is across the apt a a distance from the other 2 rooms, so you have some privacy. You would share bathroom with me but I am only there when I work in LA.
We have 2 very sweet pups ? They are very well behaved and would not be going into your room. We have a balcony, new appliances, hardwood floors and AC.
Who will be your roommates? My adult son, his fiancee and myself part time. My son and I are in the film industry. We all enjoy hiking, the ocean, camping, we love music, chill environment, not a party house, good vibes only! Great sunset view from the balcony. Tons of street parking out front. I have a bicycle if you’re into biking, we are a mile from the bike path that runs along the Los Angeles River. I bike to Echo Park which is about 3 and a half miles away.
The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.

* there is a basement, but I would prefer it to be un-used. If you are a musician, please inquire, I would be willing to let musicians record in it as it was once proofed for recording.

Hi conscious community! I just moved into a beautiful, full-of-character house in Eagle Rock/Highland Park area and am looking for a housemate to take the master bedroom. I’m 26, am a singer-songwriter-writer of other sorts (will be working from home often) and have a small hypo-allergenic dog. The rent for the master bedroom is $1750. There is central AC/heat, a washer-dryer, lovely kitchen, hardwood floors, a sweet backyard and your bedroom has a stained glass door. There are new skylights in the dining room which makes it so much brighter! Safe, walkable neighborhood near Occidental College. Message me if you’re interested ? Move in is flexible– I just moved in so your move in could be asap, or March 15. Ideally, no more pets, but can be flexible on this. Semi-furnished (I have living room furniture and many kitchen supplies and two barstools. No dining table yet but have been looking, or if you have one then you can bring that!
