You will have access to the first and the second floors.
Each floor has its own spacious balcony with glass doors opening to the outside. The first floor has a full bath, along with two bedrooms with king beds & big screen tvs. The living / dining room is on the second floor, with another full bath and a kitchenette containing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster provided.
Both floors offer beautiful natural light and relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces.
Garage is available for parking.Guests have access to the bottom two levels of the home with their own keyed access
*Owner lives on third level. You will have use of two separate entrances which are closed off from the third level.

House has central air, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel range & fridge, extra storage space, activity area in carpeted garage, beautiful yard, outdoor fireplace, and also comes with kind owners who communicate well.
We are artists (filmmaker, actor, teacher), so we are pretty flexible in the type of roommate or lifestyle we are looking for. Mainly, someone who is also generally easy going, and self-aware, and cleans after themselves. We eat healthy and we love to cook often but do not subscribe to any specific labeling around eating. We have a very kitchen, crammed with tons of cooking gear and gadgets, which you are invited to use. We’ve prepared our yard for a food garden combined with vermicomposting that we will install in the fall. (No, you don’t have to help with that unless you want to:-)
We also have a small Shih Tzu, Reggie, who is quiet, loving, and hypo-allergenic. You may also bring a dog with you as long as they are hypoallergenic, and get along with our guy (that part should be easy).
The house is located in a rare, SUPER quiet neighborhood of Los Angeles County. It’s located very near the 605 and accessible for the 60, 10. & 210. We have a new Express Bus Terminal 3 miles away. You can get to DTLA with only 2 stops!
We are looking for $1,200 rent/mo and $100 for utilities (1Gb internet, Garbage, Water, Electricity, Gas). We may be adding cleaning service and that would be included as well. Security deposit required and proof of income.

Private room available, June 1st in our 3bd/2ba apt. We are looking for someone who is positive, mindful, kind and responsible. A clean person that doesn’t mind helping with the cleaning of the common spaces. The apartment is in a great area of Toluca Lake, very walk-able to all restaurants and shops! $1,500 a month including utilities. Asking for refundable deposit of $1,500(negotiable). Ideally we’d love someone who will stay for at least 6 months, but we are open to a shorter stay too.
Your room is across the apt a a distance from the other 2 rooms, so you have some privacy. You would share bathroom with me but I am only there when I work in LA.
We have 2 very sweet pups ? They are very well behaved and would not be going into your room. We have a balcony, new appliances, hardwood floors and AC.
