I am chronically ill which affects my memory and mobility so it is important someone is extremely organized, detail oriented and proactive. I am in need of assistance with dog walking, errands and business and personal admin. Looking for someone highly organized, extremely detail oriented, fast-paced, productive, attentive and EXTREMELY reliable. Schedule will include a few nights a week. Role also includes some business oriented tasks if qualified as well as possible travel.
Ideal candidate can work well under pressure (not often…don’t worry!) and is service oriented, open minded and flexible. It would be amazing to find someone who can advocate on my behalf at times and has strong writing skills. I intentionally move thru the world with transparency and authenticity so that would be much appreciated in return.
A sense of humor and upbeat demeanor is a huge plus!🙌
Free housing in beautiful Venice home with your own entrance and floor of the house including a bedroom (with master bath) and office (or whatever you want it to be). Stipend amount depends on skill set and availability.

We have a beautiful modern little house in Encino in a quiet peaceful neighborhood near Balboa Park. We looked at many many houses before we picked this one because it’s so clean modern and new but affordable we are looking for one roommate to share with one other roommate, that’s two people total, we have puppies and dogs outside in our huge yard so you must be dog friendly. The rent is 1800 including utilities.

I am seeking someone to take the guest or master bedroom. There are two bedrooms that are photographed (guest and master), please specify which one you’d like if you have a preference! Both have their own bathroom. The guest bedroom has dark blue paint & a chalk wall. The master bedroom is now painted white but shown with light & metallic blue paint here The dining room is no longer red, it has also been painted white.
What won me over about this space is… the space! The floorpan is so open and filled with daylight. I will be keeping a few furniture pieces and kitchen items in, but mostly it will be open for you to nest! It’s a cool place with a lot of character. The balcony gets beautiful sun and looks out over the pool. The breakfast nook looks on over the balcony, I’ve cleared the space and do yoga there! You have your own private bathroom with a shower or bath & shower, and the bedrooms have a ton of closet space! The apartment itself has a ridiculous amount amount of storage. Not pictured is the master bathroom. The master also has two closets, one walk in closet.
