I’m 26, am a singer-songwriter-writer of other sorts (will be working from home often) and have a small hypo-allergenic dog. The rent for the master bedroom is $1750. There is central AC/heat, a washer-dryer, lovely kitchen, hardwood floors, a sweet backyard and your bedroom has a stained glass door.
