Hello! Welcome to our gorgeous, homey Hollywood Hills house. Cannot ask for a better location! We are nestled at the bottom of the Hollywood Hills, so we are only a few minutes from pretty much anywhere in Hollywood, and at the same time far enough removed from the noise and craziness that you can enjoy the outdoor spaces in peace.
I’ve lived here for 8 years and have really cultivated the space to be a sanctuary from the outside world. I’m a 36 y.o. male, Columbia University graduate working in film. I do a lot of volunteer work in Santa Barbara as well. You are: honest, respectful, considerate, reliable.

The house is kept strictly vegetarian meaning we ask you dont bring meat or eggs in.
Enter the house into a foyer which spills into a large living room and bright sun porch. Huge dining room for dinner parties with 10 foot solid mesquite wood table and a fully stocked kitchen with all viking/subzero appliances. Everything is extremely well furnished.
The bedroom has private french doors that open to amazing views of the back yard. The room comes with a casper queen bed.
The back yard is gorgeous and has a day bed, fire pit and custom tile table.
No smoking (firm), no drugs and no pets. There is a W/D in the house so no need to bring your laundry outside.
The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs used by me and one other roommate, and one downstairs for just you. However the downstairs bathroom (yours) is also the guest bathroom so we ask that you keep it tidy.
Bedroom has a large closet.
Listed rent plus utilities, all the streamers, mountain valley water delivery and house cleaners who come twice a month. So additional $300 a month for all that.
