Hello! I’m looking for two roommates for a beautiful Spanish-style home in Eagle Rock, that’s been renovated with modern amenities, left with most of the original charm. There’s a giant oasis of a yard with an outdoor fireplace and pizza oven. The landlord pays for the gardener and water to maintain, and there are lots of sunny and shaded areas to hang out. The house itself is 1,500 square feet and gets lots of natural light. There’s a covered wraparound patio and high ceilings. It’s a three-bedroom, two-bath house. All of the rooms are essentially the same size. One has two french doors that open to the yard with its own little area but doesn’t have a closet. It can easily fit a dresser though and we can make space for you. The other two bedrooms both have nice natural lighting, big closets, and are pretty sizeable.

A little bit about myself – I’m 30 and have lived in LA for a year. I’m a producer and love all things music and art. I also like gardening, going to shows, making disco playlists, getting and giving fun tattoos, snapping film photos, and generally having a good time. I like to have friends over and want a very welcoming home that’s well decorated, but I’m not a party animal. Aesthetics wise I’m super into a late 60’s/early 70’s vibe (but with a modern flair, not a period piece or something), and look forward to decorating the house and making it look beautiful and fun.

For roommates, I’m mostly hoping to find responsible people who vibe well. Dogs are cool as long as they don’t shed a lot and/or are messy. I have a cat and would prefer only one in the house, but am open to them. Doodles – my cat, is friendly and declawed, and I’ve never had a litter box smell in my house with him. I’m wary of adding another cat to the mix because of the smell factor, but if you have a cat and are interested, we can talk about it. In general, I’m very clean and like to keep my house that way, so if you’re a messy person I don’t see it working out.

As far as the lease and whatnot go, I’m the leaseholder and master tenant. I’ll be meeting with anyone that’s interested and showing the place.
Rent is $2,000 plus utilities. You don’t have to be on the lease, but before moving in we’ll have to sign some contract and a deposit is required. Also, you’ll have to provide a recent credit report, employment history, and references. I’ll probably move in a few days before the end of the month so I have some crossover on my current and the new place, still deciding on the exact date with the landlord. I’m flexible for anyone who wants to move in a little early as well, or on 11/1 or a little after. I’m down to work with y’all.

Private Bedroom available in cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath Venice Beach bungalow, and I’m looking for a great roommate. I’m only around about half the time. I have references about my roommateship from both males and females. This is a clean, peaceful garden oasis on a beautiful, lush walk street with a backyard, balconies off the bedrooms, and a newly remodeled downstairs including a brand new kitchen and full bathroom. Parking is available at the building for $200/month.
Your room has a new paint job, new carpet, a large closet, can be furnished or not, it’s up to you, and has a large window and sliding glass door to the balcony, which brings plenty of light and fresh air. The blinds and curtains keep it dark when you need it that way. It’s a super quiet area, and I’ve been getting good sleep and eating healthily here for a long time. Most of my other activities take place away from home, although when I teach surf lessons, I walk with my students from home to the beach with our boards and wetsuits, of which I have plenty, and I’m willing to share.

There is a brand new dishwasher, oven, 6 burner stove, an onsite Wahsher/Dryer, wifi, and it’s very safe, and secure. I have a Ring camera doorbell on the front door

Street parking is easy to find. Utilities are $100/month.

One small dog or cat is allowed. Short term stays would be a higher monthly rate.

1 unfurnished X-large bedroom (approx 500sq ft) with connected private bathroom and garage parking available in a HUGE, 1700 Sq foot private, predominantly furnished, (in common space) townhome/loft. The photos of the available bedroom are my current RM set up to give you and idea of size and potential. It’s positioned beautifully on a quiet culdesac street, on the side of a mountain, nestled between the trees and a few blocks from the Silver Lake reservoir. Both bedrooms are very large and each opens into its own full bathroom. Therie is also spacious loft office/dining room on the top. Central air and heat bring year long comfort. However, I am a environmentalist and only use them when necessary. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit. The place has a large open format and a welcoming breakfast bar blend with the living room and kitchen. And 2 outdoor spaces- back patio which is great for chilling or working, or plants if you have a green thumb. The second is under a beautiful tree overlooking the hills, which is great for bbq hangs, yoga, meditation or simply taking in the views. The living room boasts 18 foot high ceilings, a modern wood gas fireplace along with gigantic windows that let the beauty of the surrounding forest in. Street parking is super simple for visiting guests.

Will consider a well behaved, house trained, small dog that gets along with other dogs. Pet deposit would apply. I have a small chiweenie. She loves everyone:)

Ideally looking for a chill roommate that is easy to get along with and respectful. Extra points for plant based nonsmoker ? I work in the entertainment industry so when I am home I like to chill and working on arts or crafts, or yummy vegan meals. Every once in a while I do enjoy having friends over for food and music. When I am working you will never see me. I wake up very early and come home very late. Prefer someone that does not work from home. I do like to travel so often you will have the entire place to yourself.

My apartment is across the street from the Fashion institute, shared bathroom, one private bedroom for $1,200 per month, plus utility, no parking, 2 people will share internet and electricity for utility. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 200 Mbps strong WIFI. It is in a secure building with 24/7 doorman, a pool, a gym and a community room. Address: 645 W 9th St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Ralphs is just downstairs. Lots of trendy restaurants and bars, whole food and Macys are within a 5 minutes walk. To move in, it will require the tenant a $1,200 refundable security deposit, a credit check and a background check. Linens and towels are provided. No Pets allowed. One parking spot can be provided at $200 per month. By the way, I am a clean, fun and conscious person, I like to play music and go to music festivals, snowboard in the winter, yoga in the forest, dance on the beach, I don’t smoke cigarettes. I only stay in this apartment a few days a week, because I work for a hotel in Big Bear Lake.

Hello! Welcome to our gorgeous, homey Hollywood Hills house. Cannot ask for a better location! We are nestled at the bottom of the Hollywood Hills, so we are only a few minutes from pretty much anywhere in Hollywood, and at the same time far enough removed from the noise and craziness that you can enjoy the outdoor spaces in peace.

I’ve lived here for 8 years and have really cultivated the space to be a sanctuary from the outside world. I’m a 36 y.o. male, Columbia University graduate working in film. I do a lot of volunteer work in Santa Barbara as well. You are: honest, respectful, considerate, reliable.

Move in is Sept 1st.

The house is kept strictly vegetarian meaning we ask you dont bring meat or eggs in.

Enter the house into a foyer which spills into a large living room and bright sun porch. Huge dining room for dinner parties with 10 foot solid mesquite wood table and a fully stocked kitchen with all viking/subzero appliances. Everything is extremely well furnished.

The bedroom has private french doors that open to amazing views of the back yard. The room comes with a casper queen bed.

The back yard is gorgeous and has a day bed, fire pit and custom tile table.

No smoking (firm), no drugs and no pets. There is a W/D in the house so no need to bring your laundry outside.

The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs used by me and one other roommate, and one downstairs for just you. However the downstairs bathroom (yours) is also the guest bathroom so we ask that you keep it tidy.

Bedroom has a large closet.

Listed rent plus utilities, all the streamers, mountain valley water delivery and house cleaners who come twice a month. So additional $300 a month for all that.
