I have been living in this space for 2 years and I love it. It is very close to main freeways, nightlife , restaurants and shops; the new NohoWest shopping center is 1.5 miles away & were surrounded by cute coffee shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Less than 10 minutes away from Ventura Blvd & close to many hiking trails, Fryman trail , Hollywood lake, Universal Studios , Sunday Farmers Market.There is plenty of street parking available and the building manager is very involved. The building has a pool , jacuzzi and community washer and dryer ($1 a wash 75 Cents to dry)
The space is a 2 bedroom , 2 bath apartment. The Master bedroom has a walk in closet and you will have your own bathroom with a shower filter provided for you The common areas , kitchen and living room are to be kept clean and free of clutter. I do allow 420 inside my house, however not in a habitual way aka hotboxing the room or apartment. the neighbors have a baby and I like to be respectful.
About me: I have a full schedule and will be in and out of my home depending on what day of the week it is. I enjoy cooking and often will have my music playing while doing chores. I am constantly cleaning , vacuum randomly if I see its needed, dusting a few shelves ( I like to maintain the cleanliness during the week) I live a very active lifestyle and also can relax all day. I host sound baths and small gatherings usually during a seasonal shift. I like my space and the silence this place provides. After a long day, I decompress by staring out the gorgeous view from the 3rd floor. The apartment is cozy, peaceful and inviting. I have friends come over fairly often to hang or go to the pool.
I’m looking for a (woman preferably but open to men if I feel the vibes are chill) who has steady income & is open minded. Brings peaceful energy & is mindful. Someone who would enjoy company from time to time, whether it’s making dinner together, helping each other out with chores or simply being a nice human. Someone who is clean, has good hygiene and can communicate boundaries/needs. I would like to be excited to come home to a welcoming roommate. Extra points(but not necessary) if you can teach me something cool, dance, breath work, cooking etc. L.A. is full of nomads and everyone has something to teach us.

A modern, new luxury home fit snugly in a brand new colorful suburban neighborhood in East Austin, 15 minutes from the Airport, Downtown and Mueller. The 2 other main people living here are in conscious finance & partner dance. We sometimes have women’s gatherings, moon circles and dance classes in the large living room space, a couple times per month that you get to benefit from! Our male tenant owns the home, and he is of the highest integrity of all men I know. Female tenant is very loving and helpful, and both of them are 2 of my best friends. I am looking for a conscious, responsible & clean individual to blend into my space with my community members, while enjoying my large sunshine-filled bedroom and large walk-in closet. You’ll share a bathroom with the one female who is home part-time. I’ll be gone for 3-6 months and need a responsible, conscious adult to take over my rent and utilities for that flexible timeline . There is a shared yard with a basketball hoop and two patio lounge areas. One that is private to you and the other that is shared with my partner, myself, and our mini poodle. The space is ideal for outdoor bbq hangs since the weather is always perfect by the beach. You will also have access to the main house which includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace, guest room/office/music studio, and washer/dryer. We hope to create a comfortable community where we can possibly jointly host gatherings, enjoy dinner together, co-work etc. It is important to us to be compatible with our new housemates.

My partner, RJ and I are full time creatives and work from home. Our lease is up for renewal in June and our current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. We would be in one bedroom and you would have the other to yourself.
We’re both from NY/NJ an have lived in LA for the past few years. We’re in the music industry and do the majority of our recording in the living room studio. When we’re not working from home, we explore the neighborhood by walking to the different shops around here.
