Each floor has its own spacious balcony with glass doors opening to the outside. The first floor has a full bath, along with two bedrooms with king beds & big screen tvs. The living / dining room is on the second floor, with another full bath and a kitchenette containing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster provided.
Both floors offer beautiful natural light and relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces.
Garage is available for parking.Guests have access to the bottom two levels of the home with their own keyed access
*Owner lives on third level. You will have use of two separate entrances which are closed off from the third level.

We are artists (filmmaker, actor, teacher), so we are pretty flexible in the type of roommate or lifestyle we are looking for. Mainly, someone who is also generally easy going, and self-aware, and cleans after themselves. We eat healthy and we love to cook often but do not subscribe to any specific labeling around eating. We have a very kitchen, crammed with tons of cooking gear and gadgets, which you are invited to use. We’ve prepared our yard for a food garden combined with vermicomposting that we will install in the fall. (No, you don’t have to help with that unless you want to:-)
We also have a small Shih Tzu, Reggie, who is quiet, loving, and hypo-allergenic. You may also bring a dog with you as long as they are hypoallergenic, and get along with our guy (that part should be easy).
The house is located in a rare, SUPER quiet neighborhood of Los Angeles County. It’s located very near the 605 and accessible for the 60, 10. & 210. We have a new Express Bus Terminal 3 miles away. You can get to DTLA with only 2 stops!
We are looking for $1,200 rent/mo and $100 for utilities (1Gb internet, Garbage, Water, Electricity, Gas). We may be adding cleaning service and that would be included as well. Security deposit required and proof of income.

The house is located in the the jungle, in the outskirts of Tulum, Mexico. A 15 minute drive (8km+ 2km dirt road) from Tulum takes you there. Vehicle is required to live here. An ideal distance to disconnect from town, be in contact with the sound of nature, and close enough to enjoy the benefits of civilization.
Surrounded by nature, and immersed among the trees of the tropical jungle, the house has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bathrooms are connected to a water filtration system that cleans the water with the help of plants, roots, fibers and rock. Electric energy comes from solar panels and water from a well.
The house is built in a circular pattern, which makes it very cozy, with good ventilation and energy circulation.The main room is on the second floor with a very pleasant terrace, space to hang the hammock, and a very spacious bathroom / dressing room.The second bedroom is located independently in a bungalow. Large dining room, lots of light and ventilation.
Available from Feb-June. Our home is inside a mystical property in East Venice. Your space includes a private room, private office and bathroom. There is lots of shared open space include a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. Plenty of street parking in a safe, quiet part of Venice.
You will share the home with two professional men. A good candidate is easy-going with a positive attitude. We are not big partiers, but organize dinners and small get togethers from time to time and we’d encourage you to do the same. Possible car rental for additional fee.
