About us:
We are made up of high performing professionals with a steady career/project/income who is looking to be around others who are deeply focused and committed to their projects and then also know how to relax and laugh at jokes. We function as a family really, looking for someone who wants a beautiful home to enjoy while they grind on their projects. Ideally an established professional who is interested in contributing to the energy of the group and open to collaborating with others.
We are located in a private gated neighborhood at the top of the hill in Studio City with amazing 180º views at the top of a mountain. We value collaboration, creation, and moving ahead on our goals.
We laugh together, we hang out, we do family dinners, and we are there for one another. We also have our own lives. We value self-development, clear and open communication, and keeping the house good and clean. Together we have skills and talents that work well together and allows us to collaborate or create new opportunities for one another.
About the House:
The house is very large 3-story house so we have plenty of space for privacy but also the ability to gather and be social. We have almost 180 degree views outside of the living room and dinning areas and balconies with views. We have multiple balconies and a large deck made for entertaining with outdoor speakers, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and more. Lots of nature and trees, amazing views all around the house, with all the kitchen tools a home could need. Cleaning every 3 weeks. This community home is going on its 6th year!

Welcome to the “east L.A. hideaway.” A large tri-story house with a community and artsy vibe. This house has a ton of great amenities, lots of space, and natural light. We are the homeowners, Rain and Paul, and we live here and share this gorgeous space with the 4 other housemates. (6 people total, including you 😉 )

The house is kept strictly vegetarian meaning we ask you dont bring meat or eggs in.
Enter the house into a foyer which spills into a large living room and bright sun porch. Huge dining room for dinner parties with 10 foot solid mesquite wood table and a fully stocked kitchen with all viking/subzero appliances. Everything is extremely well furnished.
The bedroom has private french doors that open to amazing views of the back yard. The room comes with a casper queen bed.
The back yard is gorgeous and has a day bed, fire pit and custom tile table.
No smoking (firm), no drugs and no pets. There is a W/D in the house so no need to bring your laundry outside.
The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs used by me and one other roommate, and one downstairs for just you. However the downstairs bathroom (yours) is also the guest bathroom so we ask that you keep it tidy.
Bedroom has a large closet.
Listed rent plus utilities, all the streamers, mountain valley water delivery and house cleaners who come twice a month. So additional $300 a month for all that.
