This is an Ocean View Sanctuary in Rancho Palos Verdes, Los Angeles, California 90275.
Total cost with utilities is $1800.
Available Immediately for short or long term in a month to month basis.
You will have your own private room with carpet flooring, a private bathroom, walk in closet and access to the front balcony from the door in the room.
You may be able to store some things in the garage but there is limited space available.
We are looking for one person to rent the room. No couples, no pets.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
This home is a victorian sanctuary and has year round fresh air and a beautiful ocean view. This is a high quality neighborhood and is very safe, private, quiet and beautiful with lots of shops close by for all of your needs.
This is a safe sanctuary for art, music and divine inspiration.
It is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with 3 current total roommates. It’s a 2700 Sq. Ft house on a 18,000 sq ft nature lot which borders a serene nature preserve and hiking trail. You can even hike to the beach from the house using the hiking trail.
The house is spacious and has multiple rooms for you to enjoy leisure time at home including a large comfortable living room and a dining room/office space.
The backyard feels like you are above the clouds. It has an amazing ocean view, with beautiful nature, magical sunsets and a dinning table for day time meals.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with Espresso Machine, Stainless Steel Pots/Pans, Stainless Steel/Bamboo Utensils, Bamboo/Glass Cups, Vitamix Blender and Dehydrator.
We have two exotic indoor Samali cats which are adorable and loving (if you have extreme cat allergies this may not be the perfect place for you).
ABOUT US:
Lua is a 33 year Brazilian woman that works as an online life coach, mentor, professional dancer and singer.
Taj is 34 year old man from Arizona that works as an audio engineer, music producer and plant-based chef.
We are humble and spiritual plant medicine people that work at the Psychedelic Peer Support at Burning Man and other Festivals.
ABOUT THE ROOMMATE:
We are looking for a very special roommate who is on a spiritual path.
We are vegetarian/vegan and wish to keep the kitchen the same.
We ask that you do not cook meat in the house, you can order take out/delivery and eat meat in the house, however we ask its not cooked in the kitchen.
We host highly curated live events for small groups on the property sometimes, so you will have to be open to having guests occasionally and can use the house to have friends and clients over occasionally too.

I’m a professional musician and single dad with two daughters ages 5 and 8 (they live with me half of the week). We live in a 3 BR/2 Bath house with a lovely pool and lots of instruments and recording gear.

30 minute drive to Santa Monica and Malibu beaches.

Who you’d be joining: One of us is a cis-male, Asian anthropology graduate student at UCLA, and the other is a cis-female, Latine law student at UCLA.
