The guest room is in a detached part of the house, so you’ll have your privacy and won’t hear us or see us unless you want to. You’re welcome to use the amenities of the house in addition to the room.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference (extra $100 a month if furnished)

The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course…amazing roomies!! 🙂

Anywho, it’s been a while since I have posted one of these things so not sure what else to mention… The room isn’t Huge, but has more than ample space- and has been very well kept up. The pictures I just uploaded aren’t the Best, but all I had with me here as I sit in film scoring class! Will see if I can snap a few more in the coming days. It has great light, and you can essentially decorate it as you wish. The rent ($1800) is ALL inclusive- for room, utilities(power+wifi), use of furniture/tv etc already in the room, and parking.
